What to include
- The email address of your Coursory account, if you have one.
- What you were trying to do, what you expected and what happened instead.
- The project name and the page you were on, if the question is about a course.
Please do not send passwords or API keys. Remove personal details from screenshots you do not need to share.
What to expect
Support is by email only. There is no phone line or live chat, and the private preview has no guaranteed response time.
